You are in the midst of a huge transformation. Having recently birthed a baby and are now a new mother. It’s time to slowly get used to yourself in this new role and begin getting to know and bond with your newborn.
I am here to help you through this.
I know you’re tired, and that it’s so hard to feed your baby, much less yourself. Your nutritional needs have changed since childbirth. You now need nourishment to restore yourself, breastfeed your newborn and replenish your mind and body.
I will teach you the basics, so that things are simple, and so you won’t have to sift through all of the information to figure out what and how to eat. Or how to take care of yourself in order to rest, heal and recover.
I will teach you foundational habits, principles and practices that you can use to nourish yourself and your family. Which will allow you to feel a difference in your body.
Let me give you the communication skills you need, so that you are able to talk to those around you and direct them to the information they need to help nourish you well, even when you find it’s difficult to ask for help.

Online or In-person, bi-weekly 1:1 consults for X months. Half of our time will be spent on nutrition and self-care practices. The other half of our time will be working in the kitchen learning new prep and cooking skills.
